About Me

The seeds of Bridging Mindset were sown through a journey marked by service, leadership, and continuous learning:

• 2014: The journey began with a commitment to serve. I joined the Marine Corps as a Maintenance Management Specialist within the Logistics department. I was attached to V2/7 Motor T. I served two deployments during Operation Inherent Resolve. Later, I was awarded two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals and a letter of commendation, underscoring my dedication to excellence and teamwork.

• 2018: Transitioning to civilian life, I continued within the logistics field. I supervised warehouse, cross dock, and yard operations. I advanced my education, earning a Bachelor's degree and becoming a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) through the APICS organization.

• 2022-2023: I completed my Bachelor’s in Communication and Media Studies under my belt. I was promoted and managed a team of over 60 employees. I leveraged my leadership and innovation skills and improved operational efficiencies. Managing a 24/7 operation was quite a feat, and revamping these areas of operations led to promising results.

• 2024: The culmination of these experiences led to pursuing and completing an MBA in International Business. Soon after, I established Bridging Mindset. This venture is not just a business; it reflects a life dedicated to growth, learning, and the belief that together, we can foster a mindset that bridges divides and enriches lives.
